• Registered Nurses (RN) -Provide skilled nursing techniques and assess the psychological and social aspects of an illness.  The skilled professionals render care under a physician's order.

• Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN)- Assist with rehabilitation, change dressings, administer oxygen and medications, and offer such services as catheter care under supervision of an RN.

• Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT):  Provide skilled rehabilitation services.  The skilled professionals render care under a physician's order.

• Physical Therapy Assistant  (PTA), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA): Assist with rehabilitation services by  providing services as indicated in plan of care under the supervision of PT and OT.

• Speech Therapist (ST) and Dietitian: The skilled professionals render care under a physician's order.

• Bilingual providers available: Spanish, Cantonese, Tagalog
